The Annual Report 2010 was part of presentations made to the public at this year's Annual Results Press Conference of Salzgitter AG.

The dividend proposal to be put forward by the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 26, 2011, in Braunschweig comes to € 0,32.
