Peiner Traeger increases section prices

Peiner Traeger GmbH (Salzgitter Group) announces an increase of 30 €/t for its European section prices.

The new price levels are effective for all new orders for January 2012 deliveries and will include the whole range of small, medium and heavy sections.

The increase is driven by the anticipation of higher production costs in 2012.

European section stock levels are expected to be low at the end of 2011, so that in January demand should recover significantly.
