Salzgitter acquires a 5.8 % stake in Norddeutsche Affinerie AG

Salzgitter AG and Norddeutsche Affinerie AG have agreed to investigate medium to long-term opportunities to cooperate for example in the fields of production technology, research and development as well as in procurement and sales for the benefit of both companies.

In conjunction with this activity, Salzgitter AG acquired a 5.8 % stake in the share capital of Norddeutsche Affinerie AG.
