The Salzgitter AG has reached a significant shareholding in Norddeutsche Affinerie with now 20.0 %.

It is imaginable to raise the participation towards a blocking minority, that means around 25 %, but such a move is not compulsory. The joint analyses regarding potentials for commercial and technological cooperation have had a positive start in the meantime. We expect first concrete results after the turn of the year and can then decide about further measures.
