Your Tasks

  • Prepare service offers via SAP systems.
  • Coordinate visa, flights and all other logistics pertaining to service interventions.
  • Update the KHS Innosoft system and liaise with Field Service technicians on service interventions.
  • Coordinate all activities with KHS East Africa service technicians and customers.
  • Coordinate activities with the various departments in KHS HQ and other KHS entities worldwide
  • Prepare and follow up on external and internal purchase orders.
  • Manage timesheets and technician expenses in various ERP systems.
  • Follow up on reports, expenses, documentation in a timely manner.
  • Preparation of final invoices in SAP.
  • Prepare reports as per KPI's.

Your Qualifications

  • University Degree in Business Administration/Project Management
  • At least two years’ experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, Outlook and SAP S4 Hana.
  • Knowledge of German would be an added advantage.
